I love my new tote bag! Not only is it beautiful, but it is also the most comfortable tote bag I have ever used. It is remarkably lightweight. The straps are the perfect length and width. The size of the bag is perfect for all of my needs. The tapestry used for this beautiful tote is absolutely gorgeous. The inside pockets are so useful. It is quite literally the perfect tote bag. I signed up for the course with Gwendolyn on a whim. I had been following a few people who embroider and use multi media, so I had an interest but unfortunately no experience and no talent,(or so I thought). I really wondered what I had gotten myself into but Gwendolyn was an amazing teacher and took me step by step through my project. The sewing kit is so unique and practical; I take it with me when I'm away for the weekends. I was so impressed that I bought one for my daughter. Gwendolyn really inspired me; I'm working on a new project with a lot of help from The Need Craft Guide that I received with the course. I'm definitely missing the beautiful workroom not to mention the delicious coffee, croissants and fun company. I'll be keeping an eye out for another amazing workshop and by the way,I love my finished project! I can't believe I did it!!
I was quite taken with these felt frames and purchased eleven of them! I envision inserting photos of my family and friends to adorn my holiday tree and then gifting them to the individual shown in a given frame. Each frame is embellished with a vintage button and has its own unique personality. I am delighted with this purchase!
