Grey Blue Chloe Velvet Cloche Hat Size Medium

Named "The Chloe" this one of a kind luxurious seasonal cloche design has been hand cut from grey blue and mauve dutch velvet cotton fabric. This 2 color rim is soft to wrap around the face. The lining is cut from a chartreuse green silk fabric which makes the hat very breathable and eliminates hat hair. Accented on the top with a covered velvet button.
