Black Lime Green Cotton Velvet Rim Hat Size X Small

This sample hat has been hand cut from black and lime green dutch velvet cotton fabric. This 2 color rim is soft to wrap around the face. The lining is cut from a orange taffeta silk fabric which makes the hat very breathable and eliminates hat hair. Accented on the top with a covered velvet button.
