Cotton Velvet Rim Hat X Small Rust Brown

This sample hat has been hand cut from rust and brown dutch velvet cotton fabric. This 2 color rim is soft to wrap around the face. The lining is cut from a taffeta brown silk fabric which makes the hat very breathable and eliminates hat hair. Accented on the top with a covered velvet button.

This one of a kind hat will fit comfortably someone who’s head measurement is 21".
